Leave it to Beyoncé to bring the party with her eyeliner.
The musician celebrated her massively successful new dance album Renaissance with — what else — a party. Bey got all glammed up to match the album’s vibe, including a slash of metallic silver eyeliner that perfectly matched her outfit. Bey donned a long-sleeved, hooded rhinestone leotard with a deep V-neck and flowing sash, accessorized with sheer Wolford tights, rhinestone platforms and gloves, and a record clutch emblazoned with the word “Renaissance” in honor of the album. (Is that official merch? Please, oh please!)
As for her beauty look, the star went full dancefloor queen with the aforementioned silver liner, defined eyes, fluttery lashes, and glossy lips. She wore her hair long and loose in tousled waves that were absolutely ready to hit the dance floor, but the star of the show was definitely that silver liner; it’s subtle enough that it doesn’t take over her whole face but shimmery enough that it totally pops when you’re up close… if only we were lucky enough to be up close to Beyoncé.
Bey’s new era is all about Studio 54 vibes and disco-influenced glamour, the perfect complement to Renaissance‘s ’70s-meets-’90s sound. Before Renaissance dropped, she rocked our worlds with a sneak peek of the album cover, which featured Lady Godiva-length crimped hair, glossy red lips, and smoky eyes, not to mention a barely-there chain mail bodysuit and a horse made of lightning bolts. Other album imagery also aligns with this ultra-glam dancefloor chic, including metallic silver lipstick and a matching metallic silver gown.
