Natasha Denona Starlette Mini Eyeshadow Palette ($27.00 for 0.14 oz.) is a new, mini-sized palette that includes all repromoted shades (from various past releases). It is lighter-leaning, and I did feel like the mattes were lighter than they have been in their prior releases to various degrees. Given that Natasha Denona is known to tweak her formulas, it’s not hugely surprising that there is some variance.
